Why does Obama represent omnipotence in dealing with our nation and impotence in dealing with foreign nations ?

If you read his book you will see he idolizes his father who was a kenyan socialist and anti-colonialist. Jr believes in socialism and it is apparent in his legislative and foreign policy agendas.
