Anyways,I don't see a reason why you would think he just wants sex from you. Does he ask or say sexual things to you? Does he talk about sex with you,implying that he wants to have sex with you? In general a guy that is 18 and older talking to a young lady is usually in search of one thing but that is not always the case. If he was smart he would not talk about sex or do anything with you of that matter untill you are legal to have sex (he could go to jail messing with you as you know). Now,we all know guys do want to have sex with females but it is a matter of asking yourself this question "is sex all he wants from me". Some guys could actually want more. He wanted to get your number because he said you were cute and after some time of getting to know you,he doesn't know if he likes you in that way. That lets you know that he is probably just physically attracted to you and probably wants to have sex with you.He may like your personality but doesn not like you in that way for whatever reason.

Right now you just need to protect yourself from getting hurt. Don't fall in love with someone that doesn't love you. You can control your feeling for the most part or get them to fade. If he doesn't like you outside of the "friend way" then don't give him special privaleges and stop crossing the line. Stop the kissing and spending so much time together. Don't have sex with this guy,that will only give him what he wants and give you an empty heart for nothing.Talk to other guys,talk to guys that like you back. If he wants to basically tell you he doesn't like you more than a friend then treat him like a friend and move on.That's all you can do.You guys probably need someone closer to your age anyways.

By the way,you know he is stuck on his ex so you know what to do.
