I can't ever afford to get my hair done professionally at a Salon so I use Garnier home color kits. Also a dark brown/chocolate color and was doing this maybe once every 6-8weeks. I used one two weeks ago and the color on my roots is fading... and fast.

I know the chemicals used in home packs would probably be weaker than that of salon product so I am wondering if it would be damaging to use the product again only 2weeks later.

And if anyone has tips to make the color last longer.

You should probably shave your head and get a wig.
Box dyes are terrible for your hair. And your not supposed to hit anything but your roots when you do a retoutch, but you didnt go to 1800 hours of school so you wouldnt know that. Would you drill your own cavities? No, so dont do your own hair :)

its not a personal attack, i just wish people would understand how much they are KILLING their hair.
