I've been with my boyfriend for over 3 years & I'm 17 now, so I was about your age when we got together. We are currently sexually active, but it took a year to get there. But you know how everybody says sex complicates things? IT DOES. Fortunately, I feel I am with a guy who is marriage material and we worked it out, but I can't even begin to tell you the obscure conversations and arguments we have had regarding sex. If I could go back, I probably would have waited until I was more mature. I think you should do the same. It may not seem like it, but there is a big difference between 14 and 17. Also, set a standard for yourself. Say, "I won't sleep with a guy until I've been with him for at least a year." or something like that...when you're older.
