I had made a consultation appointment last year. In late June. I saw him in late July. (of the same year) so my mom and I were told that we had to make a down payment then I could get my braces. So say since we have the money and everything would we be able to get in in less than a month? You know what I mean? Cause consultations are jus you going in and talking. But if I were to make an appt to pay and get braces wouldn't they fit me in sooner? Just curious.

You probably need another consultation at this point. Call them and ask them. Every orthodentist is going to be different.

Yes they should in fact, fit you in sooner from here on out but I will tell you something that you can take to the bank, your treatment WILL NOT finish until you are paid up, so if your parents need more time to pay your treatment will last longer. Its a dirty little secret but its the truth. No matter what though--it doesnt matter in the end, any length of treatment will be fine. There is some risk to doing it too quickly though.
