Where is this logic coming from?
I don't really see why there has to be an equilibrium between heaven and earth.
Although i don't believe in heaven or your god, or organized religion, i believe you are making a huge blunder by supposing that women are in some way culpaple for being less eager to have intercourse.
It is part of the male's objective, in almost any race, to try to produce offspring. Females have to be generally picky about who they mate with, or else populations would carry on weak characteristics. Nowadays, things are different. The survival of the human race is not based on who mates with who. but the most basic biological structure is still there; men want sex, women want choice.
I have no idea about heaven or God's wishes.
But i know that our interest in sex is not as simplistic as you may believe it is.
