Ben,
There are many ways to talk sexual without being considered "gross." There is absolutely nothing wrong with talking sexual while having sex. I mean really, what else are you going to talk about while having sex? The football game?
If you are hearing a lot of objections that your sexual talk is "gross" then you might want to think about the words you are using to express yourself sexually. If the words you choose are humiliating, degrading and involves excessively foul language then I can see that some women wouldn't appreciate it. For example, I can say "I love the feeling of being inside you. This feels so good and I never want it to end." Or I can say, "I love f*cking the shi*t outta your tight puzzy, take it you bit*ch!" Now, if you were a woman, which way would you prefer being spoken to? The same point gets across, but one of those ways is insulting and humiliating.
If you are guility of being insulting and humiliatying then that's what they are objecting to. If you can't control the words coming out of your mouth then maybe you should practice because everything becomes easier when we practice. Did I help explain from a female perspective?
