When i have these dreams just touching (in dream only) my penis on females private parts makes me ejaculate!!!
Is this common or a sign of premature ejaculation?

Yeah this is not a serious desease but you need to consult a good doctor. You also need to stop your bad thinking like thinking about girls, reading bad books/magazines/websites & watching bad movies etc. You have also to change your diet. In the night, do not have heavy food, hot milk & don't go to bed just after having food. You have to focus on your study/career & future life.
