On what ground should i file divorce?

Postby tighearnach » Fri Nov 04, 2011 10:01 am

I got married last november. My husband is psychologically impotent.I lived with him for 6 months & we speak only 10 min for a day that to mostly about his meditation class or spritual books he read & not even that for most days .At first he admitted that he has problem like earlier sperm ejaculation & has errection only for few minutes. We both went for a medical check up & for me they told that my vagina is loose & I am allright. He got a medical report that he is allright & after he got that report in counselling he blamed me saying she is not giving respect to my parents, she is not folding clothes like my mom & she is not cooperating me & lying like dead in bed so that I can not perform sex with her & she might have some other relationship because her vagina is opened. For the last 4 months I am living with my parents & I have no contact with my husband. Now he is saying that he is intrested only in spritual life & not in family life. In this case on what ground should I file the report? If I file the case under impotence ground is it possible to prove him as impotent? or should I go for mutual ground?
