What is worse when it comes to school uniform?

Postby averel97 » Thu Nov 03, 2011 1:42 am

My school uniform is white shirt, black/red cardigan/jumper, and black trousers/skirt. Me and my friends wear plain black jeans-they're cheaper, fit better, last longer, and they look better, in our opinion. The teacher told us not to wear them anymore, but they look like well-fitted school trousers. Most of the other girls in the school wear really short, tight black skirts, high heels, low-cut shirts and luminous bras, so you can see them through the shirt. The cover themselves in fake tan and bleach their hair, and I think it looks awful. Is the bleach-blonde look or the jeans look worse with the uniform? Do you think its fair that they let those girls dress like that, but we can't wear plain black trousers? (I'm fourteen, and the girls dressed in the tight skirts are the same age)

yeah it is definitely not fair
i mean you can try to fight it with a petition or appealing to the school board
i know though, that it is hard to stylize and personalize a school uniform
but with subtle ways like accessories, it should be fine
